The Locker area & Bathroom

Space for our belongings and respect for privacy are important beliefs at Kellyville Preschool. Each child is able to choose the hook they use each day and place their personal name tag next to it. The hooks allow children to unpack bags and keep belongings together in the locker area. This gives the children a sense of ownership over their belongings and space.

In our bathroom area we have 5 ‘child-sized’ toilets, one of which is in a cubicle with a door. This provides the children who need or want more privacy. We have handwashing facilities that allow children to wash and dry their hands without assistance.
